United Airlines allows Northwestern travelers to match their elite status on any of 40+ other airlines with equivalent status in the United Mileage Plus Program (up to Premier or Premier Executive status).

  • Name change fees waived: Northwestern travelers who have booked a flight on United through one of Northwestern's travel agencies may use the value of that unused ticket (less applicable change fees) towards the purchase of a new ticket in the name for another Northwestern employee. Please note that Key Travel customers will need to call an Key Travel agent to take advantage of this benefit, so a Key Travel fee will also apply (visit the Key Travel Preferred Vendor page for fee information).
